Publishing a first campaign is easier when you know what to prepare. This guide walks through the actual steps on Collafly, from creating a company account to working with the creators you select.

Decide this first, because it shapes the brief:
- Influencer campaign: the creator publishes on their own channels to their own audience. Audience fit matters most.
- UGC campaign: you receive content to use on your own channels, website or ads. Content quality and agreed usage rights matter most.

Step 1: Create a free company account
Sign up, choose the company role and fill in your company details. No payment card is required. You can invite colleagues to your company team later.
Step 2: Prepare the campaign brief
The brief is what creators read before applying, so make it specific. On Collafly you fill in:
- campaign name and description
- the goal of the campaign
- content deliverables and content style
- schedule
- brand guidelines
- a campaign image

Step 3: Define deliverables, requirements and compensation
Deliverables
State exactly what you expect: for example the number of videos or posts, their length, the platforms and whether you need raw files or several versions.
Creator requirements
Set the creator type, the number of creators you are looking for, the target age group and, for influencer campaigns, the desired follower range.
Compensation and usage rights
State the compensation model — money, product or both — and how the content may be used, for example in paid ads and for how long. Compensation for creators is part of the campaign and agreed for that campaign; it is separate from Collafly's free platform access. Step 4: Save as a draft or submit for approval
You can save the campaign as a draft and continue later. When it is ready, submit it for review. Collafly checks every campaign before it opens to creators and may request changes, for example if the compensation or deliverables are unclear. Once approved, the campaign is published and creators can apply.
Step 5: Review applications
Creators apply with their profiles. Review the applicants and shortlist the ones that fit your brief best.
Step 6: Select creators and manage the collaboration
Select the creators you want to work with and message them on Collafly. For content campaigns, creators submit their content under the campaign, and you can request changes or approve it — so the whole collaboration stays in one place.
