"Free" can mean many things, so here is exactly what Collafly's free company access covers — and what it does not.
The short answer
During Collafly's current growth phase, creating a company account and self-service publishing of campaigns, promoter gigs and actor castings are free. There are no platform fees for these. Compensation for the talent you hire is not included: it is agreed per campaign.

What free access does not cover
Talent compensation
Influencers, UGC creators, promoters and actors are paid for their work. Compensation is set in each campaign, gig or casting and agreed for that collaboration. Free platform access does not mean free talent. For typical price levels, see influencer marketing costs in Finland.
Optional managed services
If you would like Collafly to handle part of a campaign for you — for example finding and coordinating talent on your behalf — that is an optional managed service. Any such service is agreed and priced separately before you order it. Nothing is added to your account automatically.
Will Collafly always be free?
The free access described here applies to Collafly's current growth phase. We are not promising that the platform will stay free forever. What is confirmed is that opportunities published free of charge during this phase will not receive retroactive platform fees, and that optional paid services are always agreed separately before ordering.
Why listings are still reviewed
Free publishing does not mean unreviewed publishing. Collafly reviews every listing before it opens to talent, to make sure it is clear, appropriate and includes essential details such as compensation. This keeps the quality of opportunities high, which in turn attracts better applicants.
