Made for the channels the law permits
The Gambling Act allows licensed operators to market on their own website and social accounts (non-interactively), in TV and radio, at sports and public events, in print, outdoors only within the Act's location restrictions, and in brand-term search. We produce content for these channels.
Influencers' own social media channels are not among the permitted channels, so we do not offer influencer distribution. Content we produce is published through your own permitted channels or media, not through creators' personal channels.
Compliance built into production
Finnish gambling marketing must avoid prohibited methods — for example presenting gambling as everyday, harmless or a route to success — and must not feature minors. Every asset must include the age limit, help-service information and, except on radio, licence and supervisory authority details.
